Return & Refund Policy – Umar Jeweller

At Umar Jeweller, we value our customers and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully happy with your order, our Return & Refund Policy explains how you can return items and request a refund.
1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be:

Unused, unworn, and in their original condition.

Returned with the original packaging, tags, and certificates intact.

Items not eligible for return:

Custom or personalized jewellery (engraved, made-to-order, or resized items).

Earrings and body jewellery (for hygiene reasons).

Sale or clearance items marked as “Final Sale.”

2. How to Request a Return

Email us at info@umarjeweller.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.

Our team will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions.

Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a secure, insured, and trackable courier service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged parcels.
4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Please note: Shipping fees, insurance costs, and customs duties are non-refundable, unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
5. Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. To replace an item, please return your purchase for a refund and place a new order.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after 10 business days:

8. International Orders

International returns are accepted, but shipping, taxes, and customs duties are non-refundable.
